Statements and Reports

CERIL regularly publishes statements and reports in which it advises, at its own motion or at request, on technical and policy issues relating to restructuring and insolvency laws, regulation and practice and any related laws. The statements and reports, sometimes accompanied by more extensive annexes, may relate both to European Union institutions as well as its Member States, European countries and other interested institutions. These statements and reports are the collaborative result of a project undertaken by a Working Party, and have been adopted after consultation of all CERIL Conferees.
