Conference on EC proposal for a directive harmonising certain aspects of insolvency law
The CERIL Executive is pleased to announce an in-person conference which will take place on 20 and 21 April 2023 in Leiden (the Netherlands). This conference will focus on discussing the next steps of EU harmonisation of certain aspects of insolvency law.
On 7 December 2022, the European Commission presented its long expected legislative proposal for a directive for further harmonisation of European insolvency law. CERIL, together with other organisations, will pursue an EU-wide discussion to reflect on the proposed directive.
