WP 15 Sovereign debts
Introduction
The subject of sovereign defaults (debts from States) and their remedies is a lacuna, globally and on EU level. The EU lacks effective proceedings and approaches to deal with sovereign state debts. The Working Party aims to tackle this gap and pursue the development of a feasible solution at the EU level.
