• Transposition of the EU Preventive Restructuring Directive 2019/1023
  This project within WP 10 focuses on the transposition of the EU Preventive Restructuring Directive 2019/1023 across EU Member States. Through empirical study, it assesses challenges, successes, and gaps in implementation via surveys. The study aims to provide insights into the effectiveness and quality of insolvency systems post-directive transposition, informing policy improvements and harmonization efforts within the European Union.
